The Best Men’s Beachwear
Everything you need to pack for a day at the beach, including what to pack it in
Beach wear
There’s not much you really need to pack for the beach: swim shorts and a water-resistant watch for a dip in the ocean, some summer shoes or flip flops, and a beach towel to save your body from the burning sand, sunglasses and a hat to protect your peepers, and maybe headphones if you’re easily bored. Oh, and something to carry it all in.
Lo and behold, we’ve collected exactly these items in case you’re missing a vital piece of beachwear before you jet off to sunnier climes or board the train to Brighton. We’ve picked three bathing trunks (we particularly like Next’s red seersuckers, just £15), a bucket hat, watch, headphones, beach towel and sunglasses, as well as two pairs of espadrilles and Havaianas iconic Brasil flip-flops for you to peruse, making sure the only purchase you’ll need to make at the beach is a lilo.
Finally, don’t forget the sunscreen (or to put it on)
