John Hathaway UFC workout
This workout will help you develop the explosive power and endurance that has turned John Hathaway into a UFC star.
British welterweight John Hathaway has had a topsy-turvy career in the Octagon. After a four-fight winning streak, including a victory over perennial contender Diego Sanchez at UFC 114, he hit the skids against wrestler Mike Pyle at UFC 120.
Since then, two victories, including his impressive UD over Pascal Krauss at UFC on Fox: Diaz vs Miller, mean he's gone a long way to re-establishing himself as a major force in the division, and this is in part due to his incredible level of fitness.
In the above video is one of the circuits he does to build fight-winning power and endurance, repeat it three times to turn it into a full-on workout that will help you develop the conditioning of a top MMA fighter.
Video shot at Urban Kings Gym, King's Cross, London.
