Rashad Evans UFC super legs workout
Want to build lower body strength like UFC light heavyweight contender Rashad Evans? Then give his legs workout a go.
This super legs session is one of the workouts 'Suga' Rashad Evans's trainer Mike van Arsdale uses to help the light heavyweight contender build lower-body power for the Octagon. We've put a breakdown of the workout in the video, but here it is again:
Round 1
With a 20kg weight vest:
- 16 squats
- 16 alternating forward lunges
- 16 alternating lateral lunges
- 16 split squat jumps
- 16 squat jumps
- 3 minutes spinning at 55rpm to recover
Round 2
With no weight vest:
- 16 squats
- 16 alternating forward lunges
- 16 alternating lateral lunges
- 16 split squat jumps
- 16 squat jumps
- 10 minutes spinning at 55rpm to recover
