Every year, the UK offers loads of fantastic sprint triathlons including these four popular events.
Zoggs Mallory Park Triathlon

750m lake swim, 20k bike, 5k run

Keswick Mountain Festival Triathlon

750m swim, 36.6km bike, 10km run
This is a wonderfully picturesque course – the swim is in scenic Derwent Water while the run and cycle legs take you through the hills of the Lake District. Go to trihard.co.uk for more info.
Gower Peninsula Triathlon
Port Eynon, south Wales, 16/05/11
750m swim, 24km bike, 5km run
This race, a winner of British Triathlon Event of the Year, takes place in picturesque village of Port Eynon. It includes a sea swim, mountain climbs and a multi-terrain course of sand, grass, footpaths and roads. For more info, go to gowertriathlon.co.uk.
Hever Castle Triathlon
Hever Castle, Kent, 24/07/11
400m swim, 20km bike, 4km run
