Men's Fitness Friday Challenge 22/10/10
100 press-ups with a few hellish twists as fast as you can - say hello to the 35th Friday Challenge.
Sirs,
We've broken with Friday Challenge convention - we've gone for five moves this time instead of our traditional four-move max in order to bring you our own fiendish version of the well-establish 100 press-ups for time challenge. Here's how she works:
Do the following exercises as fast as you can...
- 20 dumb-bell T press-ups (10 each side, 5kg in each hand)
- 20 medicine ball passing press-ups
- 20 gym ball decline press-ups
- 20 dumb-bell press-up to rows (10 each side, 5kg in each hand)
- 20 ballistic press-ups
You'll need to warm up before you get started so try this Men's Fitness Friday Challenge warm-up we've devised.
Don't forget to record how many reps you managed to do because we want you to stick your numbers in a comment box at the bottom of this article.
