Men's Fitness Makes - Oat covered chicken with feta cheese
The Body Coach Joe Wicks demonstrates how to make oat covered chicken with feta cheese and sweet potato
Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
Lucy coconut oil
1 egg
50g oats
25g feta cheese
Baby Tomatoes
Large sweet potato
Mange Tout
Instructions
Flatten the chicken breasts
Dip in egg
Cover both sides in oats
Fry the chicken breast in lucy bee coconut oil
Microwave the sweet potato for 5-7 minutes
Top the chicken with chopped tomatoes and feta cheese
Serve with a handful of mange tout
