The Body Coach Joe Wicks demonstrates how to make his protein packed Big Mclean Breakfast
Big McLean Breakfast
Ingredients
Lucy bee coconut oil
Potato
Turkey Mince
Paprika
Spinach
Feta cheese
Chorizo
1 egg
Fresh coriander
Instructions
· Slice potato very thinly and fry in the coconut oil in a pan.
· In a second pan fry the turkey mince and add paprika and spinach.
· Fry an egg In coconut oil.
· Put the cooked mince in a large bowl with some feta cheese crumbled on top. Then top with the egg and add the chips and chorizo to the bowl. Top with some fresh coriander and tuck in.
