Fig, Gorgonzola and Rocket Wrap Recipe

Ingredients (Serves One)
- 1 wholemeal tortilla wrap
- 1tsp clear honey
- 3 figs (quartered)
- 30g Gorgonzola cheese, diced
- 1/4 red onion (thinly sliced)
- 5 sundried tomatoes
- Handful of rocket
Method
Warm the wrap for 40 seconds under a medium grill. Scatter the rocket, red onions and gorgonzola over the wrap. Wash the figs, quarter them and place on top along with the sundried tomatoes. Drizzle the honey over the top.

As well as being a good source of protein, gorgonzola contains a variety of minerals and vitamins, including phosphorus, potassium, iron and calcium.
