The Peloton Bike is one of the best exercise bikes you can get, especially if you want a home spinning bike, and it’s been reduced by $220 in the US in Amazon’s Prime Early Access sale. This new event gives early access on deals to Amazon Prime members ahead of the Black Friday sales period, and while we’d usually suggest waiting for Black Friday to get the best deals, it’s hard to see this one being topped.

Peloton Bike: Was $1445 Now $1,225 on Amazon

Peloton Bike: Was $1445 Now $1,225 on Amazon

Save $220 This rare discount on the Peloton Bike reduces it by 15%, which is not to be sniffed at since Peloton has hiked its prices this year. The bike has a 22in HD screen mounted on the handlebars to make the guided classes and scenic rides in the Peloton app more immersive.

Discounts are rare on Peloton’s products, certainly discounts of this magnitude. The 15% off brings the price of the Peloton Bike down to $1,225. The price also includes delivery and installation, which is always welcome when buying heavy cardio equipment.

The Peloton Bike is the cheaper bike within Peloton’s range, but it’s still one of the best spinning bikes you can get and we rate it as the better value option from Peloton. The Bike+ has some upgrades like a larger screen and resistance that automatically changes in line with the instructor’s directions, but they’re not essential features, and the standard Peloton Bike’s 22in HD screen was more than large enough for us when we put it to the test in our Peloton Bike review.

Central to the appeal of the Peloton Bike is access to the classes in the partner app, which costs another $44 a month. We’ve tested most of the best home spinning setups on the market and Peloton’s still stands out for the quality and range of classes in the app, and these extend beyond spinning, with yoga, strength and a variety of other sessions available.

If you’re looking to get fully kitted out, the Prime Early Access Sale also includes a variety of other Peloton products, including a bike mat and light dumbbells to use during your spinning sessions.

Save $22.50 Peloton’s heart-rate tracking armband pairs easily with the company’s cardio machines and has a clever lights display that shows what heart rate zone you’re working in. It has its flaws, such as the fact it only links up to devices via Bluetooth, not ANT+, but it’s better value in the Prime Early Access Sale where it’s been reduced by 25%.
