Joe Wicks Is Hosting Two Live HIIT Workouts At The O2 In May – Here’s How To Get Tickets
As well as a 40-minute workout with live DJs, the HIIT With Joe sessions will feature a Q&A with the man himself
Working out is the new going out, and if you needed convincing of that, news has just landed that Joe Wicks will host two live HIIT classes with over 500 attendees apiece at the O2 arena. The HIIT With Joe sessions both take place on Sunday 8th May and involve a 40-minute workout, plus a 20-minute Q&A with Wicks, so people can pepper him with questions about exercise and diet.
To help you power through the workouts a live DJ will be blasting out beats, and training in such a huge crowd will no doubt also help motivate you through the 40-minute session. Equipment and water will be provided, so you just have to show up ready to sweat.
“I’m absolutely buzzing to be holding the first HIIT workout in the O2 Arena,” says Wicks. “One of my favourite things is bringing people together through fitness and I can’t wait to train with hundreds of people in an incredible venue.”
Tickets are sure to be in high demand for the event and if you’re an O2 customer, you’ll have the edge when it comes to snagging them. From 9.30am on Wednesday 6th April O2 customers will have two days of priority access to the tickets, which go on general sale on Friday 8th April at 9.30am. Tickets cost £15 plus a £2.75 booking fee, and are available only to over-16s.
O2 Priority customers will also be able to livestream the workout in the second session, which starts at 5pm, via the O2 Priority app.
If you can’t make the event and aren’t an O2 customer, then don’t despair – we have plenty of workouts, recipes and life advice from Wicks right here on Coach. This exclusive Joe Wicks workout programme contains four HIIT sessions that admittedly they won’t let you do at the O2, but they’re still just as effective.
We’ve also picked out our 35 favourite quick Joe Wicks recipes, as well as getting his diet and cooking tips straight from the horse’s mouth. Who needs a Q&A, eh?
