'For this workout, I used a War Machine – also known as a Crosscore 180,' says Ince. 'It's a rotational bodyweight trainer that allows you to work your whole body while performing a variety of bodyweight exercises.

'The workout consisted of the following circuit, performed as many times as possible until failure: 5 chin-ups, 10 War Machine press-ups, 10 War Machine rows, 10 War Machine single arm press-ups (5 on each side), 10 War Machine single arm rows (5 on each side) and 5 toes to bar.

'I managed to complete six full circuits – taking a two minute rest period between each – before failing on my fifth chin-up at the beginning of the seventh set.

'I wanted to go straight to bed afterwards so any thought of hitting the pub went straight out the window. Hopefully it'll do the same for you!'
