Lucy Macdonald
Lucy Macdonald has been a sports physiotherapist since 2004, with experience treating professional and amateur sports people including members of the GB ski and powerlifting teams. In 2012 Lucy contributed advice articles to Men’s Fitness UK, which predated and then shared a website with Coach. Lucy also contributed five stretches and exercises that will feel amazing after a day at the office to Coach in 2017. In 2022, Lucy continues her work as a chartered physiotherapist and director of Octopus Clinic.
